Not really going to say a lot about this one. All the songs are different in their own way, but they are all bangers. Give them all a listen. Oakville will thrive. Rihanna-California King Bed (Bassjackers Club Mix)
David Morales & Jonathan Mendelsohn-You Just Don't Love Me (Club Mix)
Hyper Crush-Flip the Switch
Masters Of South-The Rain (MD Electro Vs. Vace Remix)
Paul Lizzi-Man Of The Hour (The SoniXx Remix)
Britney Spears-I Wanna Go (Disco Fries Extended Mix)
I got this song before i went away for the past few days and i really wish i was able to post it earlier. Its all i listened too. I know nothing about this artist, not sure if hes big or not. But hopefully this style of music will pick up and develop into something big. It may take getting used to, i know, but once you get into it you'll thrive. Ill be on the look-out for more of this type of stuff. Griz-Better Than I've Ever Been
I came across James Egbert a few weeks ago when i was looking for new shit. I initially skipped over him because he was a name i didn't recognize so i put him off to the side. Yesterday night, i was looking for music again, this time a bit more careful with what i check out. I found this new track by James called "Lady Luck" which is a sick song. It reminds me of a Van O song or a DJ Kue song, no clue why. Also, while looking for music i found two other songs he's in. Ones a remix and ones an original. The two originals (Isle Of Capri and Lady Luck) sound somewhat similar to each other, much different than "Kaptain Kyle." I'm really liking this stuff so give it a look and don't make the same mistake i did. James Egbert-Lady Luck
"Unleash The Scary Side" is a Felguk mash-up which brings together Skrillex, Felguk, Dada Life and Dirtyloud. So you can imagine how sick this track will be before you even play it. Sick party song, although it does have its breaks and kicks, so that you may need to get over. However, ill song to be playing out loud. Check it out. Unleash The Scary Side (Felguk Mashup)-Felguk & Skrillex & Dada Life & Dirtyloud
Lazy Rich cleans up the club again with "Better Wipe That Up". CRAZY electro-house song. I played this one once and how i can't get it out of my head. So far from what i have seen some Lazy Rich, i have't been disappointed by anything. All of his songs give you that full deep; electro-house feel which i love. Reminds me of an episode of TCL. Better Wipe That Up (Original Mix)-Lazy Rich
Last but not least, Dada Life drops one. Mad huge song. ONce again, FTampa puts together a crazy house remix of what already was a dope electronic original. This is one of those songs where you just have to see for yourself, needless to say you will love it. Take a look. Fight Club Is Closed (It's Time For Rock n' Roll) (FTampa Remix)-Dada Life
Ill be honest. Thing song isn't new. And yes...TBH has been loafting on a new post. Believe it or not this one was supposed to be put up last week (with about 50 others) but fuck, it's the first week of summer and Jack and I are thriving. Anyways, Gravitron by Van O. So much to say about this song. First of all, this song is one of many with this distincts Van-O groove and beat. I think the main reason i like this song so much is because that its basically one in a million. I've never heard a song like this one and the chances are i wont again. However, give it a listen and a download and you'll be jamming out just like i am.
I can't promise that this song is within a few weeks old. Or months. It's nothing new but i can promise that very little have heard this. I have some work from the Freestyler's and it is decent stuff but this one stands out. I'm not sure how Flux ended up with this remix. The original is totally different, very annoying and i would say its really not that good. But Flux does it up real nice. It's different from many of the other electronic (or borderline dubstep) songs that i have in my library, which is ultimately why i like it so much. Give her a look.
Freestylers-Cracks (feat. Belle Humble) [Flux Pavilion Remix]
Good set of electronic sound. Not a whole lot to say about this one. You'll find a remix of Skrillex's "Ruffneck" which is pretty sweet. Not sure why it wasn't on MMNS though! The rest is some pretty hardcore music. Another big one from KDrew who i am really starting to like! Take a look at "Freeze." A new artist to me but i am really liking their stuff. I like the melody and how the song has some background-life almost. Really impressed and ready for more!
Skrillex-Ruffneck (The SoniXx Remix)
Brian Champion...i love you bro and this ones for you. I came across this one today and i didn't care whether or not i liked it. It was going to make it on TBH for my boy. Turns out that this remix is insane and far from bad. Huge banger with sick electro but still sticks with the original vocals and concept. Be sure to play this song LOUD on high-ass-bass. This song should be added to every jam playlist in Oakville.
This song it jokes. I hated it to begin with, i thought it was so annoying and pointless but after i had it on in the background for a bit...i was thriving! I can picture this song at a lot of summer jams. The fact that its catchy is helpful. Give it a listen and lets see what you think. And tell me this video doesn't remind you of Bromance!!!
This playlist is a mix up of some new songs that i have hangin' around my library. All within a week or two old so they are still fresh. You'll find some pretty crazy electro tracks on this list along with an Avicii song dub-stepped. The Chris Brown song really surprised me. I was never a hage fan of that song or the remixes but this new one by Dallask and Halatrax was sick! Obviously a new Zeds Dead track which hits pretty hard as usual. Last but not least, my favourite; Darth & Vader. He remixes Get Out by Lazy Rich and like always makes it crazy! Just a heads up, the song is only 3 minutes long because it is UNRELEASED! Can't wait for the final drop! Hope you like em.
Chris Brown & Benny Benassi-Beautiful People (Dallask & Halatrax Remix)
Lazy Rich-Get Out (feat. Lizze Curious) [Darth & Vader Remix]
Their baaaacck. Yes finally a new tune from one of my absolute fave electro artists. made popular by their banger Warp 1.9 the duo has become more and more of a household name on the electronic music scene. I didn't expect this sound from them but its still pretty sick. Definitely need headphones for this one. Enjoy.
For those who don't know: above is the front man from the 1980's pop group the Eurythmics, Annie Lennox. A song the group is well recognized by, which many may know or have heard; Sweet Dreams. Now, Avicii released a house remix which was called "Swede Dreams." Obviously after his Swedish roots. That was a sick remix and now we have the Cazzette Meet At Night remix which adds levels of house and electro that nobody else could have imagined. Take a look and let us know what you think.
With the exception of California Girls (with Snoop), i never really caught on to Katy Perry music. I got a hold of the ET remixes and those were decent. Too much hardcore electro. In this set we have a trance-style remix by Kaskade. I have some of his shit and its pretty good. He does a joint with the amazing Wolfgang Gartner which is entitled "Steppin' Out Undertaker." Secondly, Tune In Crew makes a nice electro remix. Good dance beat and a martian like synth. Check em out.
Lol at this guy.
TBH is going to make a prediction. I almost know that this song is going to turn into the next party theme. It's a crazy banger with a catchy and firmiliar idea that everyone would go along with. Play this song LOUD at your next jam and look for the reaction. Show people this song because i want to prove that this will become big.
I'm at a loss for words at the moment (the remix is playing). The original is so dusty and so old and stupid, its incredible. And then you have a producer like Van-O who absolutely kills it. I seriously can't really think of much to say about this one, its too good! I LOVE Van-O, i have a bunch of his remixes and singles and the guy just amazes me. My favourite is the deep wob in the background, shit this song is so sick.
If you're into Skrillex-ish music such as Feed Me or Zeds Dead then you'll like Longshot NEUS Remix by Stereoheroes. It leads in making you think that its a trippy trance groove but then as soon as it kicks, you know whats good. F.O.O.L has been posted on TBH before with "Nonsense." Mad good song and now he has released more! Great song to hear especially if you play it through several times. The kick is unreal, that can be found at 1:06.
Stereoheroes-Longshot (NEUS Remix)-Song gets live at 1:26
If you know me, you know i just thrive off of Mord Fustang. Last week TBH gave you the Preview of Finally which was dope and has be chomping at the bit to see the full release edition. A New World features classic MF and if you listen closely, you can hear some Skrillex hits! OVERWERK does a sick job of Too Many Dicks by Flight of the Conchords. You can hear some Daft Punk hits and other famous electro samples.
Mord Fustang-A New World
Flight of the Conchords-Too Many Dicks (OVERWERK Remix)
Not only do i love Danny Byrd but he's got a pretty sick looking set up too. For any engineer's/studio junkies...it's nice to see an all digital studio for once. Times are changing!
Weird mix of songs but i love them and sure they aren't the newest but they pack some dope hits. They are all form an electronic savvy producer. Danny, A-Trak & the infamous Zeds Dead. So as you can tell theres many different styles going on here. Take a look and pay attention to the drops and kicks, they will blow you away.
Danny Byrd- We Can Have It All (Kill Paris Remix of Sigma Remix)
Dragonette - Volcano (Zeds Dead Remix)-DOPE DROP @ 1:28
Always love to hear an Adele remix. Especially these ones. I had never heard the original to the song and i still haven't and i don't think i want to. These remixes are different in so many ways and they represent two different styles of electronic music. I really like the Impressions remix but the Plastic Plates is also a very different rendition.
Gotta be honest, i wasn't a huge fan of the original to Civilization. Not sure why, because i really do like their work. I Still play D.A.N.C.E and the remixes, Phantom (I/II) and Newjack off of their album Cross. They have a mad different sound, glitchy but still regulates itself to a good melody. Take a look at this remix and if you want to take a look at the original, click here.
